guys i need ure idea or answer about this question during interview


Why I hire you?
Why you apply for a call center job?

Theres still soo many question in my mind ryt now.

Whats your answer to that question?

my answer are as follows:

1.) because I am competent
2.) because salary offer is quite big compared to other business firm.
3.) i can't read those questions still in ur mind
4.) refer to #1 & #2

these are the basic, common answers. and usually doesnt make them hire you. Telling a recruiter you are competent? duh everyone says they are competent and qualified.

'Why should I hire you?'
- This is a very common question in an interview. This gives the interviewer a glimpse of your competency and confidence. A good answer for me is about something to about the company and the individual benefiting from each other.

'Why are you applying for a call center job?'
- The interviewer wants to find out your intentions of applying. It is just because it's the fad right now? The salary package? The benefits? Remember, interviewers are looking for long-term candidates, not just the sort that comes and goes when the fad dies down. This industry is quite dynamic, the shifting schedules, late-graveyard hours, telemarketing frustrations, or tech support woes. It takes considerable commitment to be in this conditions.
