You sound like a typical "casual" rocker. Not that heavy, not that slow, and listens to other stuff.

I think you'll like Emerald Sword, they're somewhere between heavy rock and heavy metal, but I think they're more heavy rock.

I'm into everything, too. But currently, I'm studying jazz/rock fusion ala Greg Howe, Kotzen, Metheny, and a little bit of Andy Timmons and still currently listening to DT, LTE, and the Jordan Rudess projects. So you could say prog metal is my forte.

When I'm not in the mood for those, I listen to Regina Spektor (man, she is out there!), Rachael Yamagata (my wife loves her music so I get to listen to her as well), contemporary Christian music, Chroma Key, Sergio Mendes, Sinatra.

Standard / Classic Love Songs : Daghan... Bread, James Ingram, James Taylor, Stephen Bishop, etc...

Classic Rock and Roll : Beatles, Rolling Stone, etc..

Jazz (Classic or Acid, basta Jazz): Michael Franks, etc... and the new sensation SITTI!!!
