i think i can expand my my total budget until august between 22-28k on a cpu (possible whole pc) so i wna ask what is best for a gaming pc? AMD or INTEL?compatible ba sa amd na proc ang geforce?no need oc ang amd? thnks

I would recommend you go with Intel because they offer better performance for the same or even lower price for AMD. You might need to stretch your budget just a little bit if apil monitor.

For the price range Im not 100% familiar on whats the best videocard+motherboard combination but you can start with this:

If you want dual core then i3-2100 if quad then go with i5-2400, for motherboard any decent brand H61 will work for that budget and for the GPU maybe a 9800GT or a GTX450.

Huwat sa uban katong kusog mo post ug complete specs jud then just consider the recommendations.


Regarding your compatibility issue, yes AMD systems can run geforce videocards and vice versa. Overclocking is optional and will void your warranty.

2nd thread, same questions..... but to answer you, as what i replied on your other thread, i would go with amd(since i dont see anything good offer with intel other than its SB i-series) and focus the rest for a better 3d performance.. sacrifice a bit of overall cpu performance for a better game performance by getting a better videocard, more memory etc...

this is my practical opinion...

intel jd. para nako kanang amd para sa mga gamay og budget, pareha nako. karon gamit ko og intel pero nag plano na mo convert sa amd para sd makatipid.
