what u mean proof of billing? kanang water bill?

proof of billing under your name. it must be current. it may be water bill, electric bill, credit card bills, landline/phone bills basta proof that you are capable of paying your bills.
if you do not have that and that you want to apply under your parent's name, then you need to call customer care for requirements or check the website of the telecom you are interested in they may have other options that fit for you.

apply ko sa smart post paid plan ni avail rako sa sim only no unit..
1 year ra ang contract then after ana pwede naka maka avail sa with unit nga retention program nila.
valid id rato ako gi submit og form nila..

ok rman bsag wala credit card, nka plan ko now sa globe ang gpangayo lng Company ID, payslip, COE and application form mao ra less than same day makuha dayon nimu ang unit dpendi sa plan nga imu g avail.
