I have heard that some of the phones that are sold here are from postpaid plans without any assurance from the buyer if he/she is paying as per company's policy.

Here's my question, what will happen to you if you will not continue paying it? Will you be imprisoned for that?

dili ka mapriso pero madaut imo'ng bad record sa ila'ng company with pakapin nga naa magsige paningil nimo regarding sa imo'ng utang with matching panghadlok nga ikiha ka sa hukmanan

if ni avail ka sa ilang plan so meaning you are obliged to pay your obligations at a given time. if ever gani dili ka mobayad ana, that means na you didn't fulfill your responsibilities as one of their subscriber and therefore, you are considered as negligent on their part and it will reflect in your records in the near future.

yeah! i agree wit you all. there was this person whom i know who sells phones from disconnected postpaid lines. yun lang. just got curious. salamat sa mga nag share.
