We are urgently looking for:

Inbound Customer Service Agents (MALE)

For our Audio Equipments account, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, chat, email and data entry.


Qualifications:

Knowledge in audio equipment is an advantage.
Average to Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Photoshop and html would be helpful but not essential.
Knowledge in Excel in essential.
Able to multitask.
