Need some advice with this one

Hi, I'm very confuse to decide if I'll go with this business or not. I really want to go into a massage business. I saw one owner selling his massage parlor and I'm now trying to contact him about the business. Its one of my dream business and I know it will really cost a lot but kung maningkamot lang jud sad ko nga mo grow pa ang business I know nga progressive ko ani.. the problem is that I don't have enough money for the investment.. Maau ba nga mo loan ko sa bank? how about lending companies? is there any ways nga makakuha ko sa money para e invest ani then e monthly payment nko? Asa kaha ang gamay ra ug interest, ang bank or lending company?

nakahuna2x kong mangulos ko sa akong parents but much better jud kung wa koy saligan.. kanang akoa jud gikan ug ako paninguhaon nga mo dako cya ug maau... I want to start from scratch mao nga mangayo ta ko ug advice about ani para makadecide na jud ko and I know where to start... I'm open to all advice and I really appreciate it nga tabangan ko ninyo... thanks daan...

yes I like the business jud... I'm also a customer... I'm also thinking to franchise (lain nga spa company) or build my own name sa spa industry...

One of my friends advice me nga to think about purchasing anang akong gi mention nga massage parlor kay d daw reason nga mo larga para e baligya... kay kung kusog jud ang halin ana, d daw na buhian sa tag iya.. (is this true?)

this one is true.... nka experience ko ana. ahakz, mao diay gibaligya kay nihinay na diay sila. tsk tsk tsk better start your VERY OWN and you will not regret it.

if you love the business go for it but start your own... if you buy a business nga katumbahon na, double imong paningkamot ug bcin ma-doble pa imong puhunan.

this is based on experience...not just once but twice....hahahah lesson learned the hard way.


also dont lend or borrow money to start your business...lisod kau ang negosyo nga nagsugod sa utang kay di gyud mahimutang. save first and then if enough...go for it.

mao gyud..... ayaw ug utang...if possible pang huwam lang sa parents... ok ra na... mo support man na cla basta kay ipakita nga ganahan jud ka, u will do anything para ma successful ang business.... in business daghang mangilad, if kahibaw ang tawo nga naa kay capital pugson jud ka...be vigilant my friend...

great decision bro. you made the right choice. always put this in mind, in everything you do always put God first... then do what you love to do... and as much as possible, don't start a loan instead start a savings program... believe me, do this and you will surely succeed! we all have the capability to make things happen... it's all in the mind!
