Talking Does changing to a new company/job solve your problem?

Usually we change company or job because of salary, work load, stress, environment, conflict with the boss issues... I been changing 4 different companies in the span of 5 years. I may call myself a job hopper, changing jobs frequently.

List the things why you left those companies.
if you can't identify the factors what really made you leave them then it will always happen again.
If you already know what they are then try to resolve them or stay away with it.

Hopefully, you decide to stay in one company long enough...at least 3 years.
    4 companies in 5 years...abi pa lang pul-anon ka.
Also, there is a lot to enjoy in your second and third year like full bonuses and leave availments.
Depends lang nuon sa company, if you feel you just landed a job that you are at home with,
That may be a time to promise yourself to not jump ship too quickly.

If you want better pay or positions soon, a lengthy stay at least in one company will say that you are loyal and a good employee.

    @flanker Aw ok!

Anyways...it solved mine. I was in a company for four years.
I always had a feeling that it was not for me.
The salary was low...mao ra...not so much sa pressure og stress.
I sticked around because I thought I had that much to learn pa.
They had a variety of technologies, both very old (legacy) and very new.
Which would be the primary reason I stayed.

But then when I moved to a new company, I am still learning a variety of technologies,
and I'm receiving really better pay, which solved a lot of problems.
Money tends to solve a lot of problems

this is my 2nd job. my 1st job was the worst job an employee can ever have in his entire life.
commission based, no benefits, no sss/pag ibig contributions, no philhealth etc. although you can come to work anytime you want, but you will not be paid anything except the commissions from approved application from your clients. an officemate once reached 78k in just 1week.but i was a newbie so i only had 1-3k per week.. eventhough im receiving more than my peers are receiving and holding a higher position, i still think i deserve more and my knowledge and experience are just not enough for this pay.lol so the root cause if ever i will change job again will be my salary.
    haha
