Default Mag sige restart when I changed to a pair of Kingston KVR rams

I hope someone can tell me what is wrong.
My cpu is A64 3200+ Venice, ECS KN1 Extreme mobo, Sapphire X600XT vid card, Task 450W psu and previously was using generic ram. 2-NCP 512mb. It has clock timing of 3-4-4-8. It workd fine and detected by CPU-Z as working in dual channel. But I decided to try a pair of Kingston KVR 512mb rams which has clock timings of 3-3-3-8. I checked the modules and the labels on the chips look the same.
After installing, the cpu keeps restarting. Windows would sometimes open but when i try to run software, mo restart.
I tried running them singly. It worked fine. These RAMs have logos with six little squares. The one with "Elpida" chips, ni work. But i couldn't get another one like it to make it run in dual channel so I tried the ones with the logo.
Also tried Dynet 512mb ram and they worked ok. These generics also have 3-4-4-8 clock timings.
Anybody have any idea what is happening here?

possibly that the module is defective which only shows under dual channel mode. have it replaced

any additional specific spec sa imo mems? murag daghan man klase ana nga kvr.. BTW.. have you tried increasing DIMM voltage? trying increasing the voltage a notch higher. basin kulang lang na power.

nag libog gyud ko ani. i'll try to get the code no. of the modules from the seller today. I checked the bios and it shows voltage at 2.63v which is about right for a mem rated at 2.6v (accdg. to its website).
also the first pair i tried which didnt work, turned out one of them was faulty. So much for the Kingston name. 100% reliable kuno. mas maayo pa man generics. second pair ni work pag gi butang sa 3 & 4 slots with the one with the "elpida" brand chip on 3. then another pair fresh shipment from the supplier but the same chips with the little squares logo, wa gyd ni work. sige restart. i'm beginning to wonder about the motherboard. basig may pa MSI na lang even if a bit more expensive.

Wala man nag kumbinar of different brands. I just stick to one brand in pairs at a time.
Ram was Kingston with Part no.KVR400X64C3A/512. Gi try nako just a while ago alternate slot(1 & 3) ni run ang duha ka modules but when I checked sa CPU-Z, single channel ra. Murag those modules are good only for single channel mode. Ma boang kun dual channel. May pa generics, wa gyud problema. Run gyud in dual channel without a problem. Only thing is it has lower clock timings. Nag order na lang ko sa kit sa Kingston. Pair na gyud daan selected na kuno by Kingston to run in dual channel mode.

a memory that needs added voltage to run its defualt speeds is a sign of defect. usually mem's are rated @ 2.63 or 2.70v beyond that if dli mo dagan sa iyang stock rated speed pa ilisi nalang
