    but i think naai fat free ug sugar free chocolate sa healthy options sa ayala.. try it lang..but im not so sure.

    tam-is gihapon pero naa difference sa taste as compared to the chocolate flavored candy bar nga naturally sweetened...

    lesser lang ang calories or some even have zero calories...

    i think all kinds of chocolate is okay for eating. i read somewhere that the more you deprive yourself of what you crave, the more you'd eat when you get the chance to have some. so eating the regular chocolate OCCASIONALLY is better than getting one that is sugar-free/fat-free everyday.

    unless diabetic ka. then chocolates are no good for you.

    there are actually chocolates and other sweets for diabetics, including ice cream available sa mga specialty shops. they cost a lot more than the regular stuff but ana man jud life... hehehe...

    yes, it's true nga if you keep on depriving yourself - you in return eat more... human nature ra jud ni... mamawi ba!

    that's why it is always advisable for people on a diet to have small frequent meals (basta lang low cal) than crash dieting...
