You can search techpowerup at google and browse their website on how to update/install the BIOS on your videocard.

heres some example ts pero dili ni sya update kong di mod..pero i think it uses same process.

i personally dont suggest updating the video card bios if your not sure what you are doing

nakasuway ko ani before...kato nga situation, i needed a PCI Video Card. Delikado kaau...

If it's an evga card, then tools are available sa ilang site.. If not, just be careful or you'll end up buying a new one.. try to read updates first if there's really a NEED to update the bios..
