I'm cutting down on my food intake, so I decided to stop eating rice and go healthy with just wheat bread and whatever viand we have at home (not too fattening though) and veggie salad...
The thing is, my hyper acidity is acting up.. my tummy hurts a lot when i don't eat rice.. k ma gutom man ko dayon.. i tried to snack on soda crackers and pretzels, but unfortunately, it's still the same thing.. i don't get much exercise as my schedule is really the pits.. i work from 8pm - 4am and i need to get home as soon as i'm off because i need my sleep.. i'm usually with my 8 month old baby boy from 8am-3pm and it's not an easy task. i'm usually drained.. thus, the absence of exercise...

do you guys have any advice on how i can go on my no rice diet without my hyper acidity acting up? i believe this is the best diet for me.. so i hope this really works.. Help!!
