You sound like you are doing your best because you are expecting something in return. Have you tried doing it for yourself sometimes?

Trust me, 15k is nothing more than a candy when you realize your dreams. Nothing sweeter than going to places knowing you did your best and you loved doing it because you are living your own precious dream.

even if your going to lash all your vent and anger to your parents.. it wouldn't do any good at all. Somehow somewhere, back before... you might have failed your parent's expectations.. for whatever the reasons.. they and they only know that...

Sometimes, it's hard to compete with someone for love and affection... especially if that someone you compete with.. is your brother or sister....

sibling rivalry is not really easy at all... often parents give favoritism to whoever they deem right to shower their gifts... and I guess this is what's happening in your case..


Look at the bright side bro.. your graduating.. and I congratulate you for that... Parents are never easy to understand.... much as your case.. but the fact that you have made the final step on your life... to graduate (and its not easy to graduate mind you..), instead of blaming your parents for not giving you anything at all.. just compensate and shower yourself to the best you can..

Learn to love and be dependent only to yourself.. not to anyone.. and not to your parents...

instead of whining for their ineptness.. prove yourself and to them that you don't need any gifts or rewards just to earn success...

Prove to them, you are single independent and has convictions to make it to the top of everything.. without any help from anyone.. and surely not from them..
