    Default how to change language settings

    ummm guys ang ako picasa, google earth and every software na ako g.download kay nka set jud xa sa tagalog....how can i change it to english man?

    ang ako picasa kay g.install na xa daan pag palit sa laptop.....and in tagalog jud xa ai....nahan tah koh i.change to english....
