HELP: How to change PC language from Italian to English.

I hope I am in the right section.

I really needed help. It's been so hard lately dealing with my laptop. It's a Packard Bell Easy Note (laptop) and with Windows Vista Home Basic OS. I got this laptop from my Tita whose in Italy. She gave it to me. The problem is that, the language of the laptop is in Italian. How will I change the language settings to ENGLISH? Please... Need to resolve this immediately.

I will appreciate any help from you.

i tried it already.. pero mao ra ghapon xah.. italian ghapon..

Insert Vista dvd, go to control panel and change the regional setting, choose your language..

or

Kuwang na sya ug language packs.. Language packs are only available in Win 7 Ultimate and Enterprise.. best way is upgrade to Win 7 ultimate..

Credo che si dovrà riformattare il PC per il modo più semplice. Perché se si tenta di fare l'idea di archt_vin, sarà troppo contorta e confusa. Backbeat idea è corretta, ma anche se ciò significherebbe che è la formattazione alcune persone non vorrebbero.
