did he swim ACROSS or THROUGH the channel? The first link says 6km, and the second says he swam ACROSS... what is it really...?
anyhow, it really depends on whether the kid was forced or not...

i commend the parents who really have given all for their child. it helps bolster the confidence of the kid. kung sa uban pa, this kid has a bright future ahead of him.

Yeah it really depends on the child. If the child wanted it, then so be it. Lets commend him. Pero kung gipalangoy lang kay para naay ipanghambug si Mommy ug si Daddy, lahi na pud na. Bisag unsa pa nang record na iyang gibu-ak diha.
