im a wholesaler investor bro..i like buying properties of below the market value bhala pangit renovate it then sell it to a higher price..i also buy foreclose properties..

Calculate your tax, your expenses and its appreciation value. How much is left for yours to keep?
you don't have a qualifications for your investment, that's dangerous, it means you don't have a goal in this business.
