Looking for: WebCrawlers (Sourcers) and Technical Rep (Recruiters)
(Home-Based/Office) Part-time/Full-time ---Your Choice

I am looking for

* IT personnel with computer language background preferably (BSCE, BSIT, BSCS and other computer related studies) that knows scripting, HTML, other computer languages (though not a must). Web development experience is a plus.
* A Human Resource/Recruiter person with technical background and call center experience.

A US-Based client of mine (Sourceum - The eSourcing Leader) will be putting up a branch office here in the Philippines (Cebu) and we are looking for candidates to fill the position of sourcers or web crawlers and coordinators/technical rep (with at least 1yr call center experience). We will be conducting a paid trial test online to be considered for a one-on-one interview via Skype or when he comes over.

This is an opportunity for newly graduates who are eager to learn and earn as sourcing training will be provided.

@David.DJV: Yes, sure bai. web crawlers are programmers or IT personnel that has background on scripting. The job is mainly data mining for resume, phone #, email address of a matching applicant.
The job mainly is, crawling/spidering or automation research of resume, phone# and email.
Sourceum.com is a staffing company. Big companies like CISCO, Apple, Juneper, RMS is in partnership with them. Sourceum are responsible of getting a matching candidate of the job offered by companies. (unlike here in Phils, we line up to apply for the position BUT not in US, people are emailed and called if they are interested with the job offered by the company.)

Also looking for a technical rep with IT and call center background to do the calling (of matching applicants after an email is sent) to check if they are interested with the job.


This is a homebased job but if workers prefer to work in an office, my client and I are thinking of that one too. The compensation is competitive.
