Customer service related to web hosting services.
*End-User Support Level 1 & 2**:*
- Support Tickets
- Live Chat
Work Schedule is Monday through Saturday (except local holidays/festives)
from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (48hours a week) - US/Canada timezone.
*How does it work?*
- We add your email account to our ticket system in WHMCS and LiveZilla Live Chat, so you can log.
into the help desk and give solution from it.
- The tickets are answered in order of arrival and by priority.
- Response time and solution are, in average, 15 min. and 90 min.
respectively, but each case is different in complexity so that times can
vary.
*Skills*
- Can speak a good english.
- Can work with and give solution to complex issues and avoid to scalate
tickets.
- Experience in CentOS cPanel/WHM and basic task in SSH.
- Windows 2003 Servers with Plesk control panel.
