    Given:

    1 bayantel dsl cable modem

    1 static IP

    4 computers with lan card.

    1 hub with 5 ports.

bayantel DSL cable modem rana noh!? you shud have a router to have access the internet and sharing of it. the router also allows to give IP's to your 4 computer when its on automatic obtaining of IP.

Try it bro...

In order to use all the Yahoo! Personals webcam features, your firewall must permit incoming and outgoing TCP connections on port 5100. You must ask your system administrator to make this change.
If you use a proxy server to connect to the Internet, you may not be able to use the webcam feature.

If you are running Windows XP, you may be running the built-in Internet Connection Firewall. Most companies' networks are located behind a firewall, and some also use a proxy. Most Internet service providers (ISPs) don't have firewalls or proxies, but you should contact your network administrator or ISP for accurate information.

If you use a broadband router or network hub that comes integrated with a firewall, refer to the software vendor's help section to learn how to open up the firewall ports.
