what do you want to do? How do you see yourself over say 3 months, 5 months, 1 year and 5 years from now? Look at which opportunity can give you what you want and be responsible about your choice...

Sometimes, you just have to think unsa jud imo ganahan, if you are ready for the change and you are ready to take full responsibility and accountability for your decisions..I'm a coach, and I noticed lisod mobiya sa familiar territory, but at the end of the day, it's what you really want and how much you want it that matters

then this is a good time to negotiate with your current employer. you are ready (ripe is a better word) for bigger responsibilities (and higher compensation, of course). if there's no such opportunity for you there, then it makes sense to pursue it somewhere else.

pareha ta ug situation last week..
csr ko before sa usa ka center but i got an offer to be a QA sa other center..
gamay ra difference sa sweldo pero ako gidawat kay kapoy nako dawat ug kols..
nag train nako sa pikas while wala pa na process ako resignation sa pikas..

depende ra na nimo gyud kung unsa imo decision..
ask around nalang kung padayon ka sa eperformax kay i have heard some not-so-nice things about it..

then again, your decision..
