    Default Ingredients for Japanese Dishes

    Hello fellow istoryans!

I need anyone's help please. Where can I buy ingredients for Japanese foods? Naa ba kaha store ani? I want to start learning Japanese dishes. Although there are quite few substitute options for some ingredients but the taste can never be authentic. For example, I need to know where to find "fish roe, sushi vinegar, dashi, mirin, og daghan pa..."

    Anyone? Onegai Shimasu! =)
