I love Sashimi. Namely Tuna Sashimi. I've also tried Salmon Sashimi.. but my favorite was Octopus Sashimi.

way back home basta magtapok mi sako sister and bayaw igo rako muadto sa grocery and mangita ug tibuok na marlin katung daku or tangigue... I buy about 2 kilos ato, ako na dayun sister ang mag slice ana, then my bayaw buy kikoman, calamansi and wasabi paste (kay powder isnt that hot and dali ma expire!)
there was one time na gipalitan kog kubotan (kanang squid na naay kaugalingun surfboard bitaw) lami-a i sashimi nia!!!!
viola! sashimi party ming tulo over long talks in our family kitchen.... dungagan pajud ug inum (hard drinks), since my bayaw and sister runs a bartending/barista school, ready na pirmi ang drinks ug sila na magsagul ug cocktails of our choice. pero kinaugmaan we make sure na magpurga me, or perhaps once every 3 months me purga kay pirmi man mi gakaun ug sashimi basta magtapok mi tulo.
about the choice of fish, according to our teacher sauna (kay nag-apil man ko japanese cuisine sauna 2007 ata to) na any fish will do depending saimu taste as long as fresh sya
