heh, if you want for free, you can flash over it's PDS yourself, or, much easier, flash it with an unlocked firmware. you may get the details from motomodders.net and go to the v3 section, tons of information there.

Be careful, might damage ur bootloader which kills ur phone. I can unlock this while you wait using an expensive box, tested and can revive dead motorolas... Pls state the exact model like v3, v3i, v3x, or v3r.
