bitaw oe.. naa ko jud ko ana sauna mga brad. dako kaau nako nga problema na, pero once nagstart ko gym, nya tagaan man kag imong kaugalingun workout program ana, pangutan-un man ka sa trainor unsa problem jud nmu sa imong lawas, so niamin jud ko na I HAVE MOOBS!! so mao toh ang iya gihimu nga program nako daghan para chest, halos half para chest.. hehe.. sa 15 ka styles murag 6 or 7 para chest.. nya nawala rman.. proper diet lang sad jud... kai ug mag weights ka nya wai pugong kaon.. mumuscle lagi pero kita mo anang mga mumuscle ang chest nga murag MACHO MOOBS na hinuon tnawn?? murag maingun ana inyong MOOBS.. so pugong kaon lang + exercise/weights....
karon di ka kaau xa tantong MOOBS!!!!!! kuan nlng................ "mubs.." (pina kyut pagkasulti) haha...!!
