    try working out your triceps, kay usually ang flabby jud is that area,though it will not decrease the size but it firms and tones the triceps, so dili na siya dako tanawon...

    lap-lapi nalang hahaha joke. bitaw ang size sa imong bukton mag depende man sad na sa imong bone size. since you only want to reduce the size of your arms then i assume your not fat? if yes then i'm afraid having a bigger arms is in your genes and maybe you have to start learning how to live with it coz i don't think there is much that you can do to make it look "thinner". you can tone it by exercising pero basin mo samot hinoon ka dako tan-awon if you will get muscles.

    in my opinion, if your not fat and your arm is in proportion with the rest of your body then maybe it will look "weird" or "odd" if your arm is noticeably "skinnier" than the rest of your body. proportion matters a lot regardless of your size. even the skinny and fat people has to be proportionally skinny or proportionally fat to look "normal". otherwise mura nag kinkoy tan-awon.

    benush try ka ug shadow boxing or boxing2 lng gud den ayaw lng pag-weights kay kung weights ka basin modako samut....

    bitaw, i think if proportionate imo body, meaning nice ang shape sa imo shoulders, chest and waist, mo compliment rana sa imong arms... as Khitty explained..

    unsa man diay na imo arms, flabby, fat or maskulado?
