hi guys need your opinion, help guys, when i shut down my pc the fans keep on running i still need to long press the power button to completely shut it down.. i wonder if there's something wrong.. btw my power supply has been replaced by the manufacturer 3x already and still the problem i have before the power supply broke down is still there..

kung ako e plug sa wall outlet without using the avr or any other avr mo off man cya.. 5 ka avr na ako g try nga naa diri result kay the same d mapalong pero kung walay avr mapalong ra.. safe raba dili mugamit avr?
