    Default Time to jog 5-7am or 5-7pm


    Guys. I need help.
    Unsa oras nice or preferable nga mag jogging?..

    Unsai nindot? 5-7am or 5-7pm?
    Plan to jog at abellana.
    Just want to know what are the disadvantages and advantages on each repsective time.


    Kai nag plano ko nga to have a jog everyday but confused lang ko kung what time nindot i-jog.

    kanang gkan ka tulog.. kay para dali maniwang.. kay gkan man ga fasting imo body katong natulog ka.. so buntag..

    wa pd ayo tao buntag.. dili ka maligsan.. haha.. iro lang jd problema ana nuon..

    Nice ang 5-7am kay mingaw nya fresh pa kaso kapoy lng mata sayo.

    depende sa imong available nga oras. actually, dili importante ang oras, ang importante kai maka jog gyud ka. no excuses. =)

    ako i prefer kanang 6-8 para ang sunshine naa nimo. plus dili pa pud polluted ang surroundings ana kay sayo pa kaayu.. kaysa hapon nga daghan nag trak nya nag mata na mga taw. kuyaw pud sa tulis ug unsa nga mga binuang..

    if buntag naay taho nga init.. refreshing ang feeling kaysa hapon nga gkan ka work/laag/lakaw medjo kapuyan naka..

    ^^actually ig abot 8 kay daghan nana uv rays.. gamay nlng bya ang ozone..

    mas nindot daw morning kay depleted imong glycogen sa liver gikan sa fasting state pagtulog nimo.. mao imong fats muy gamiton sa imong body for energy instead..

    So daghan mu prefer ug morning due to some circumstances...
    pero if maabtan na ko'g 7am najud...init na kaayo na..heheh

    If padung evening diay?... dili ba siya effective kai para mabawi sa atong na consume nga food sukad pag breakfast ug lunch?..

    para mugamay ka. limit your food intake sa gabii. eat protein rich foods rather than carbs. nya ug mahimu ayaw eat ug rice during night time. mas maayo mu jog ka on night time. kay if you jog sa buntag, mu kusog imu kaon gyud. pero para nako mas maayo ang gabii gyud. it works for me
