mas maka burn ka faster sa threadmill og imo ipa incline og maayo 10-20 inclination, kay mas mangusog man ka, kaysa sa tract, flat ra man, kung mag threadmill ka nya naa inclination mura na ka nag dagan sa tract plus ni saka og hagdan at the same time, pero nag problema kung kaya ba nimo![]()

i think depende rana. if the treadmill nya inclined at a certain angle nga mura kag ni dagan ug bukid then it would definately burn fat kay you would have to exert more effort.
pero wen your talking about patag lang gae...the same lang. cguro the idea that you can run more distances in the track is something psychological cguro. mas daghan man guro ka makita. kay wen ur in a treadmill stationary ragud ka ana. so more likely ma easily bored ka.
