can anyone help me here plzzz


solutions tried change modem3 times speedstream, speedtouch511, now prolink,port change in dslam ,port reset, static ip change 5 times already,new dlink 24 port switch x2 ,at least 5 new dlink lan card instaled in 5 clients com in a theory that the on board lan is damage,at least 5 new lan cat 5 cable rj45,of course reformat my computers

im thinking of ordering for a rewiring of my tel from Distribution box up to my telephone including a new filter maybe this will solve the problem but maybe i miss something cause this will cost something they call it a change of location lozy even if i just want it to be rewired and my tel relocated at the backof the building instead of the front side

rewired my tel and have the DP checked , and reseted the modem as instructed so far so good no dc

thinking of replacing the ps200 filter if the problem persist but so far so good thankkkkkkkkkksssssssss

I think this is a good example of solving broadband problems.

aLways have a checklist.

1. Wiring is very important any interference will disconnect the internet. I think Freeza pointed it out very well and this is the most common cause. Make sure the contractor installs a clean line

2. The wiring should not be tapped to have an extension phone

yes you can use that on any DSL ISP. In fact I have the same modem connected to a Cisco router and I'm using BayanTel.
