    bossing alvingo,
there are alot of places to learn photoshop and photography... the most common is self-study and practice... the second one is attending workshops... with regards to workshops we do conduct workshops discussing more about practical shooting habits and basics on both photography and post-processing..... with regards to solely photoshop, Roy Sabay teaches a little advance phase of post-processing

as to our workshop we have one coming up the week after Sinulog due to a persistent request from certain group of four wanted to learn about photography and post-processing. we do limit our session from 6-8 attendees to maximize learning. as to learning things I wont guarantee that you will absorb all 100% of what is taught because it depends on your passion about the craft. photography cant be learned overnight but thru practicing the things discussed on the workshop alongside with photoshop (an honest opinion).

For us, the first thing to learn in photoshop or post-processing is getting the right exposure, white balance, creativity, DOF and dynamics of the picture.... the second thing is to have that certain visualization of your intended finished picture...
