    Default Casa Verde (Sharing my experience)

    During our anniversary with my wifey, we decided to celebrate it at Casa Verde Ayala during lunch since I am on a night shift and she's on morning shift. My wife works at Ayala as Promo, kana mag white bitaw na long sleeves then maong pants dayon. I think 3 times nako naka visit sa Casa Verde Ayala and karon pa jud ko naka dala sa akong misis diri nga nag uniform.

    On our previous experience diri is ok lang... Medyo dili kaayo taas ang waiting time. But when ni sulod mi sa akong misis and akong misis is ng uniform, murag dili kaayo sa accommodating. But since gutom na, then dili man sad ta anang mag pa tagad jud, ok rami... But wala jud mi nila gi guide asa mi mo lingkod, so I looked for an empty table nga good for 2 then lingkod nya tabi tabi mi sa akong misis.

    After 5 mins wala juy ni dool mo hatag namo ug menu. So ni tawag nako then hatag sila. Then nag huwat jud ko nga naay mo dool para mo take sa among order. 10 mins ang ni labay, pero wala jud. Ni tawag ko atong babay nga naay mole sa ilong nga arte kaayo nga murag si kinsa mo istorya, giingnan lang ko "HUWAT SA HA" then tan aw ko sa akong relo.

    8 mins nilabay (ug yes, 8mins jud kay nag tan aw jud ko sa time) naay ni sulod nga mga dato ug dating, 7 kabook. Ila jud gi hatod sa lingkoranan then gi hatagan ug menu then gi kuha ang order.

    Kami tawn sa akong asa na muti na ang mata sa ka gutom pero wala jud gi kuha among order. So ni dako na akong tingug then usa pa ni dool ang babay ug gikuha among order then pina busdak pa ang tingog.

    Why is it so hard for us to serve those people that we think that has low value than us
    They treated us like we can't pay for our food, why? Coz my wife is just a promodiser? Don't they think that if we don't have the capability to pay then we should have chosen another place instead?

    Dili ko kasabot ngano kosog kaayo sila mo look down sa ilang mga customer or sa mga tao nga ubos ra kaayo sa ilang pag tan aw. Hahayz... mura sad sila dagko ug sweldo...

    Anyways, what happened that day is ako sila gikasab an ug ni balhin mi sa Gerry's Grill ug didto wala jud problema. Wala jud tawn mi nila gi look down..

    Dili na jud ko mo balik didto...

    Pero wala man sad ni silay paki kay daghan man silag customers dba? Hahayz

    mao jud na dili nako ganahan sa casa verde sa ayala bro.. ila priority kay mga foreigners man.. maypa didto sa ramos.. mas peaceful ang lugar, mas nindot ang service

    I'm sad to say that naka experience sad ko ana with other places as well and then being a hotelier myself, I know how to treat guests. So far diri sa atoa less jud kaayo ang establishments na naay staff na maayo ug customer service. makaingon ko na di man jud ko kaingon ani sa akong mga guests uy ngano mani sila mga wala may mga batasan. maayo ra jud imo gikasab-an. ako pa nimo gitawag nimo ila boss or manager para motagam. or basin ila manager wala sad pakialam. geez,sometimes its better just not to go to these places so you won't be stressed out. kapoy ra!

    unsa man ning hospitality sa mga pinoy.. na nobra sa kasayup. pataka man lang.. naay jud uban diha na dili mo tagad..dili katigo mo asikao.. kasuway ko ani. ayy gawas ko dayun uy.. nganu mag lisod2x man naa may daghan makan-an.. abi palang die hard kaau sa ila. mao na dha.. its their loss.

    bitaw bai.. mo jud na ako na observahan dre sa ato.. murag naa bitaw mga levels (high class, medium, low class) ang pag.tanaw. naka ad2 man jud ko og US coz of my work. nice kau dd2 kay equal ilng panan.aw sa mga isag ka tao. Like sa usa ka restaurant tanan jud tao makakaon and sagol2 naay trabhante (blue collars) and mga professional na nag trabho sa office (white collar). Dre sa ato if mo ad2 ta og mahalon na boutique dli jud ta tagdon sa mga tindera. grrr..

    Hala TS nuhh,, sorry to hear about that...

    So maybe isa lang mos ilang daghang customers, but then again, they just lost a customer in you-- and that's a big strike.

    Well Ive never had the treatment before sa Casa, but siguro If ako pd anaon, Id do the same.

    Sometimes, Cebuanos lack customer service..correct me If Im wrong lng ha, I can tell the difference mn gud, when I went to Camotes (cebu gypon eheh!).. pero ang mga locals didto, nindot kaau mu-treat sa ilang visitors, ma-Pinoy mn ka o foreigner. Saludo kaau ko, going the extra mile kaau ilang CSAT. as. in.♥

    All of the restaurants at the Terraces has the same unwritten policy....if someone walks in wearing ordinary clothes or doesn't look as if they'll spend much or leave a big tip, then prioritize those who look rich...PISTi og LECHE.....experienced that with Casa Verde, Starbucks, Mooon, and several others....mao nang I stopped coming to the Terraces to eat....if at Ayala, diretso nako'g Dimsum.....too bad for Casa Verde since the Ramos branch was a favorite of mine...

    aw naana diay casa verde sa ayala?i tot it park ra og sa ramos..anyway mao jud nay di nako ganahan dha sa ayala labi na sa terraces mokaon kay i look down ta ba...tungod ani atong pobre nga pamorma...

    sagdi na lang bro di man to imo loss...ilaha man to...nakuhaan nag 2 ilang customer...dghan pa sad unya na mosunod kon maka hibaw ani imong kasinatian...
