if beginners lang of course what more can you think of... the BENCH PRESS!!!...hahahaha. 3-4 pyramid sets...8-10 reps . Incline bench, flat bench, decline bench, one type of flye (incline/flat/or decline) and pullovers will do...

for me..ako ika.advice..do 3 to 4 exercises ang imo chest..no need na daghan ka og exercises..it will result to overtrained chest muscle..i do barbell bench press 3x10-6, dumbbell bench press 3x10-6, flat dumbbell flyes or cable crossover 3x12-8 and crossbench db.pullover 3x12-8.. tagsa ra ko mag.incline press ky ang bench press alone ky targe man niya ang whole pectoral area...hehe..share lng ko sa ako bro..hehe..
