Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year of working experience as an agent in a BPO company is required for this position.
  • Has effective presentation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques.
  • Must be passionate about teaching and helping others enhance their communication skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in CEBU
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.



Responsibilities:

A Communications Trainer effectively delivers and facilitates adult classroom training in developing English Communication Skills and educating candidates about the BPO industry. The focus of this position is facilitation and delivery of program curriculum for aspiring agents.
