USB Flash Drive Problem

I have a problem with my 16GB PQI Flash Drive,,, last night ok pa kaayo ang iyang function then, ako sister iyang gigamit, then pag gamit na nako ug balikl, dili naman mo gana...

-Modetect paman siya, makita paman nimo ang green arrow icon.
-Sa my computer makita pa nimo ang Removable Disk (G, pero inig click nako ... mao ni mogawas (Please insert a disk into Drive G.
-ako siya gitry ug format pero dili man mugana, mai ni mogawas, (insert disk on drive G

What should I do? Guba na gyud ni akong flash drive?

Ako pud bro...3 USB Flash Drive na jud an na guba nako ug in-ana nga problema nga tag 4Gig pajud...bahala nana ang basta ang akoa lang kay ma retrieve lang gyud nako ang akong files nga importante jud kaayo nako...
Ako na observe ana kay sa mga high powered power supply but dili ko sure hah...kay init kaayo siya gud nga dili siya ma detect...ig-kuha nako then if dili na gani mo gana kay ig-insert nako ug balik kay igo nalang mo gawas ang icon sa clock dapit but dili siya ma open... Tanan flash drive nako kay feel nako na sunog siya sa 500W nga power supply...but dili ko sure ha...mo tando man sad gud ang attendant ug ang technician sa cafe if i will ask...

Just sharing the probable cause and my experience...

Waiting for help pud if theres any...i would like to recover my files...if dili man gani kay ang Flash Drive nalang para ma gamit balik...

I already tried that one pero ang mo gawas kay "no media in the specified device"

been into that problem... though HP USB Format Tool akong gamiton basta mag-ingon-ana, naay one time wala jud naayo using HP USB Format Tool, i booted into linux then formatted it using Linux, then boot back to Window and it let me format it to NTFS.
