4 hours of prime95 stress testing is it enough to determine your system stability?

hello again mga master i started tweaking my cpu earlier and running it oc mode 4.2ghz with no problem so i decided to push it a little more higher at 4.5ghz. igo rakaha ning 4 hours na stress test? i would like to push it to the limit but im running it on air stock cooler unya nalang cguro if maka upgrade nako sa cooler hehehe.. need your opinion mga master.

I usually go for at least 9 hours prime testing. That's what I did for my past two overclocks. I still encountered an error after 3 hours of prime based sa ako past experience. So paniguro nalang guro. And mas maayo I run nimo ang test during the day, during sa max ambient temp sa imo room para mahibal-an nimo if stable pa jud siya under those temps. That goes for an air-cooled oc, don't know if ambient temp matter on a water cooled oc.

dili pa cguro na load temps nel. pero 4.5ghz ok kaayo kung ma stable.

8hr prime lang with temps no more than 70-75degC para safe.
