    Default is it ok to leave your pc on 24/7?


    ok ba e on ang pc 24/7 nya pahuwayon lang once a week for 5hours? unsa pud max temp ma handle sa core 2 duo processors karon? panagsa raman ko mag duwa sa ako pc. pero mahilig ko mag download ug movies.

    basta imong temps sa cpu naa sa below 45'c ok raman kai mao man pd akong ginabuhat permi. ako kahadlokan ra if mamatay ako psu . mahalon raba ni. tsk3.

    so far wa pa man na daot akoang pc. hehe. sa una pud atong barat pa ako psu wa japon nagka prob. cabal rider mode manggud to sa una..

    its 100% okay. use to have computer which was on for 8 years 24/7. until it died 2 years ago.

    If I am not mistaken, processors now have auto trip off if a certain high temp is met. Have machines before and now, left up and running for quite sometime... Yup, its safe.. But just make sure, there's good ambient temperature like 32C and below.

    45'c is with in the low level operation, like probably in idle mode with some few processes running (torrent, etc). I have been hitting 65-70 when playing games, multiple processes, multiple logins to my machin, and even a bit higher... However, had experienced hitting 100C before on an athlon processor, and hmm, it was still running, but I could feel hot air coming out of my CPU. Btw, download speedfan, its a freeware apps that allows you to monitor your machine's temp.

    if 24/7 dili ba kuyaw sa sunog? mo auto shutdown ba? pero dili gyud advisable nga byaan mga bro no? kanang walay taw sa balay ba. matsalams
