CASE: Antec Three Hundred - 3,300 php

    CPU (choice1): Athlon II X4 620 - 4,850 php
    OR
    CPU (choice2): Phenom II X2 550 - 4,550 php

    RAM (choice1): Corsair 4GB XMS3 1333 mhz (2x2gb) - 8,000 php

    GPU: HIS HD5770 1gb ddr5 - 8,050 php (Will be changed to Sapphire 5770 1GB if I find one)

HDD: 1 TB F3 spinpoint (PC express' site doesn't have it so I'll be basing the price for this to the WD black) - 4,400 php

    MOBO: MSI 870-G45 AMD770/AM3/DDR3/S/GL 4,200 php

monitor: 17" LG L177WSB wide 1440x900 - 5,550 php (I got zero idea about monitors.)

    TOTAL # 1 : 42800 php
    TOTAL # 2 : 39750 php
(if there are some mistakes with the calculation, then my bad but I'd really like to take a nap now lol)

total: 42800 php or 40050 php

Now I got all the prices for these from PC express' site, does anyone know of a better place to shop? And how does this rig look?

spoiler'd the old list since its stupid.
    Spoiler!
HDD: 1 TB F3 spinpoint or WD black (depends kung asay na.a, or cheaper)

    RAM: 4 gb (2x2gb) ddr3 1333 mhz kingstone/corsair/g. skill (again, kung unsay na.a/cheaper)

Case: Some full tower case, good airflow, fans, good cable management.

PSU: 80+ certified, 500w+ (willing mo spend ug dako para sa quality, trauma na ko aning animal na PSU kay last nakong system astang!, na sug-ba. bye bye 9800 GT ;__;.)

GPU: 5770? 4850? or 460 1gb (if ang 460 man gani, by next year mo palit kog isa para i SLI, nindot kaau ug scaling ang 460, pero pag adto nako gahapon sa PC express ni ask ko if na.a ba silay GTX 460 MSI cyclone, wala man. lol)

    CPU: Phenom II X955 BE, Phenom II x 2 555 BE, Athlon II X4 635 ni adto sad ko sa PC express gahapon, ang i5 750 kay tag 10,090 php. ;_;

    Mobo: MSI 870A-G54, gigabyte GA-870A-UD3

Changes, cheaper options, advices, or parts na wala dre sa cebu? Gonna be used for gaming 70% of the time ug anime downloadan etc. Also, I am serious-****ing-ly against LEDs ug unsa pa nang mga hinanggaw dira.
Place(s) to buy all these (new)?
Peripherals...probably gonna use my current stuff except for the monitor. (Obvious sad kaau kung asa ko gikan sa akong specs, wolololo.) Don't worry about it though, I know my way around.
    edit:
nvm about the budget, should be able to save a few more if I wait a couple o months.

HDD: Definitely go for the Samsung Spinpoint F3, good reviews, vs the WD Black and is also cheaper.

RAM: G Skill nalang, for a few hundred pesos more than Kingston

Case: Depende nimo, cheapest you can get is the Thermaltake V3/V4

    PSU: Go for Corsair

    GPU: GTX 460

CPU: Honestly I'll go for i5 over the Phenom II X4 955 BE anytime, but if you cannot spend more than the 955BE then ok na pud.

Mobo: Wait ta sa advice sa uban

Inquire ni ANDZ ug sa ubang high-end sellers diri,....

And no you cannot expect to spend just 20k for these parts. The Phenom II 955BE alone + GTX 460 will cost 17k+.

Hm..Maybe I can stretch it to around 30-40k if I wait for the new years. (Was really hoping I could get these for quite cheap, but I guess I could stand eating nothing but cup noodles for months. :3)
What time of the year nindot mo buy ug parts, btw?
    edit:
Would it be better if I wait for the companies to release their new gen cards and get the previous one for a cheaper price? Ingon sad ako kaila na na.a sa pc express sauna, na mas maau if xmas ko mo palit kay daghan rush items.

    see above.

    edit2:
Would it be better to just buy these at newegg (to get the combo discounts, rebates and all that) and just let them ship it to some relative abroad, and make em send it here?..99% probably na.a nay broken parts...lol

Looking at pc express price list atm. (also comparing to the prices at newegg.)
Right now the rig I'm looking at at newegg is around 600 USD (27k if the google converter is right)
pc express (not final list, just for the prices)
    ₱4,600.00 athlon II x4 630 2mb am3
    ₱8,050.00 random 5770/₱5,050.00 Palit 9800 GT
    ₱5,250.00 random corsair 2x2GB ddr2 / ₱8,000.00 random corsair 2x2GB ddr3 (is it worth the jump?)
    ₱4,200.00 random MSI mobo
₱4,400.00 1 TB WD black (I'm trying to look for the spinpoint Sempron Guy, but I cant find it on pcexpress' site?...)
Oh, this one is also around 30k, not rushing.
I should be able to stretch my budget more for around 5k-10k if I ask some monniez from my parents and tell them its for "school work"..but I'd rather not. lol

    edit3:
Anyway, what would you recommend for a rig which isn't above 50k? (not including peripherals.)

    From what I see, it's gonna go really near or above the 50k mark ;_;
Anyway, I guess I won't be sending my clothes to the laundry shop and I'll have to do it myself until next year. ;_________; So yeah, brb gotta wash my clothes :\

Can you explain this in layman's terms?
Also, just saw this thread https://www.istorya.net/forums/comput...-november.html
And obviously ATI/AMD has to cut down their 5xxx series cards to match up with nvidia's 460 for the mid-tier market, so if I wait for a few more months (november? not to mention the price drops during xmas..), guess I should be able to save off a lot?
Anyway, that's it for today, I'm sleeping.

I told you about the Phenom II 550 bro.

    I told you about it.

    It keeps happening bro.

If you play low res 5770 is good enough, Grabeh ang GTX460 at 12K in most places for a decent brand.
