It's best for you to take IDP phils. IELTS

Trust me..You can go online and check IDP website then check if you can see the contact information for IDP here in Cebu...
I took IDP exam IELTS (academic) in Makati last year.

im not interested on trainings. just the exam.

british council conducts IELTS exam monthly in Cebu.

ang IDP mao na sila ng tig conduct uf IELTS..there are 2 agencies where you can take IELTS

1. IDP
2. BRITISH COUNCIL

you take IDP kay mas nindut ila mga test construction compared to british council...promise.

and i suggest you review....do a lot of test exercises to get an idea and techniques...i did self review for the 4 types of macro skills..i bought several ielts materials and cd's and dd several practices...it was rewarding in the end...

i got 7 in each area
