    First u have to comply:

4 Copies each (photocopied) of your CENOMAR (imo ug sa imong partner)
4 Copies each (photocopied) of your Authenticated Birth certificate (imo ug sa imong partner)

imo na ipasa sa Civil Registrar, hatagan mo nila ug instructions dd2. kay ipa ad2 pman mo ana sa office sa DSWD (ing ana ang amo process kad2 kami gpa civil recently) for 1 day Seminar

naa mo fill upan nga form, gamay nga mga questions daun hatagan mo ug date kung wen inyo seminar of kurs pangutan-un mo wen inyo sked kung naa na ba or wala pa.

human mo file ana, hulat mo ten days for posting kung wala ba jud mo babag. pag okay na, release na na sa inyo ang inyong marriage license nya ad2 daun mo sa hall of justice for raffle kung kinsa nga judge ang mo officiate sa inyong kasal.

kad2ng kami, nagbayad lang mi ug P300 for solemnization fee dd2 sa hall of justice din mao ra amo g present dd2 sa branch where asa mi nka sked din ask ra mi unsa orasa...

it took 10 tp 15 mins ra ang kasal. as in dali ra kau . we have our witnesses and parents namo. mao ra daun kaun gamay. hope it helps a bit .

    Good luck on your wedding

u dont have to pay sa judge, kanang solemnization fee nga P300 (ambot sa uban place ug pila) mao ra na xa ang magasto. u just present ur receipt dd2 sa court kung asa mo na assign.

kad2ng kami ga seminar, age of 25 both laki ug baye need ug parents consent... 26 above dli na need ky naa nman sa sakto nga edad.

    @ jamesman003

same requirements ra kung sa church, ky pag seminar namo, naa mi nka dungan nga sa simbahan cla, gpa kuha lang ug una ang ilang license ky mao man to ila ipakita sa simbahan para schedulan cla ug seminar nila... ky kung dli complete ang imonog requirements, dli ka dawaton sa simbahan for seminar. still, human ug seminar sa church posting japun ila application
