    Default question on everyday workout


    ok ra everyday magworkout? or every other day?
    ok ra ang routine>>sit ups, leg raise, push ups or burpees everyday? or every other day? nahan ko magburn sa fat sa tiyan.
    ok ra 20 - 30 mins jogging everyday?
    unsa nindot fat burner supplements?

    everyday mag workout -bro tagaeh lang gyud ug bisag usa ka adlaw na restday

    sit ups, leg raise, push ups or burpees everyday? or every other day? - advise lang ko na dli na i every day para mka tubo pud imung muscles ana na part kay kahinganlan pud na cla mo pahuway...pwede cya imung i MWF nya sa TTHS nmo kay lain pud na muscle group(dli na imung program sa MWF na sit ups, leg raise, etc..)

    ok ra 20 - 30 mins jogging everyday? kana kay mka wa gyud na ug bil2x!!!! hehehehehehehe..pero kanang akong 20 mins to 30 min kay dala na tanan before ko mag sugod ug jogging...warm up(mga churva2x na stretching), jogging nah(kung kapoi na mag lakaw naku), daun cool down

    thank you sa inyo infos. any suggestions or website nindot para maka make og program?
    plan nako magdaily jogging 20-30. then mwf kay sit ups, leg raise, push ups or burpees and dips. tthsun kay maglight weights lang(biceps, triceps, back n front). ok ra ni na program? saturday kay rest day nako. mostly at night jud ni mahitabo. 10-11pm.

    plan nako magpakuha lang sa unwanted fats like sa tiyan. dli ko padako og lawas. toning lang jud. pa slim.

    - bro ayaw lang na i everyday imung jogging kay mag work out bya sad ka(gawas kung runner ka)...ang mga boxers ganeh kay naa cla 1 to 3 days intervals sa ilang jogging routine
