i have a hp vivienne tam (my wife actually) its sucks! syempre its so "slow" for my taste. but for her its fine. little excel and browsing/research on the web.

got a aspire 4530 for 1.5yrs now and its still faster and better; upgraded from 1gb to 4gb ddr2-800 and from 120gb to 320gb (will upgrade this again to 500gb in 2months).

post your budget para duoon na lang tayo maka give out ng recommendation.

1.) what is your type of usage for having a mobile pc?

Good thing about netbooks in general is gaan siya, barato and long battery life, for mobility gyud. And there are netbooks at 20k to 25k na nindot na pud specs. Dual core na and pwede na for light gaming like COD4.

it all depends on your usage. kung hilig ka travel and more on surfing ra, go for netbook

thanx sa inu mga inputs mga bro... i am for surfing and like for playing online games sa FB... unsai mas nindot?! ingon gud sila netbooks like could open only one application window at a time... unlike sa notebook...

medyo hinay jud kung netbook. my cousin's eeepc can barely open my SocialCity App/game sa facebook. akong lappie na samsung mas kusog pa sa pc sa akong uyab. haha

para nako mobility ra man ang advantage sa laptop compared sa dektop. and if you're not into travelling,
maypa desktop na lang imu paliton. mka quadcore na ka anang budget.

--mao pud aku gthink... hinay jud yata ang netbook... so wat wud be the best notebook then?! ganahan ku gud di parehas kadako sa laptop... kanang madal2x lang bisan aha bah but dili bulky...
