permanent man ang whitening. but usually mo darken balik ang teeth because of smoking or the food you eat. depende ra na sa discipline sa tao. hehe =) you'll have to avoid food and beverage that causes teeth to darken (like coffee, tea, coke, soy sauce, etc..), and also smoking. then to keep teeth white, mag pa clean lng ka every 6 months since tartar attracts stains. i'll pm you the options and the prices
