Hey people!

Do you know what's the effective way of whitening your teeth?
I would really appreciate if its a healthy way, using only organic ingredients...

It should be as effective as possible ha, kana bang in just a couple of days vah...

first of all you need patience. you cant get a white teeth in just 2 days. where did you get this idea that you can whiten your teeth in just 2 days? infomercials? ayaw ug tuo ana. they just say that to sell their products. you have to wait at least 5 to 7 days to see obvious results, and that if the product your using is effective. i dont know any organic or natural products for teeth whitening but i know crest white strips works but alot of people complain about tooth sensitivity and painful gums while using this product. some people say baking soda can also whiten your teeth but i have not tried this.

yup true na nga ma-sensitive imo teeth
ang effect man gud ana teeth whiteners (strips and coatings) is ipanipis ang enamel coat sa teeth

naa ko remedy... effective ni.. smoker mn gd ko b4 n kbntay ko na ng.yellow njd ako teeth.. mahal mn sd ang mgpa.bleach sa dentist mao na ng.research ko ug mga homemade teeth whitener..

1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp hydrogen peroxide

mix together n i.brush sa imo teeth.. pwde rsd imo isagol sa imo toothpaste..

mka see jd ka sa difference in 1 week.. dugaya lng sd ug brush.

pwde rmn sd ka mgpa.cleaning...
