    Default NEED SOme SErious ADVICE


    I really NEED SOme SErious ADVICE mga istoryans..

    This is what happened.

    A week ago, I got a friend of mine who was put into preventive suspension from her job. She said that the reason was she allegedly disclosed a sensitive information, for i.e. social security number, to her customer. Then it was QAed, and they said that it is a terminable offense. Now, she just recieved a letter from the HR department of a schedule for an administrative hearing.

    According to her knowledge as discussed by her trainer/tl, the account is already verified so revealing the ssn is already ok, but they are now saying the opposite.

    My advice is to check the verification procedures of the account your friend is in. And as radiostar said, SSNs are extremely sensitive information. It's usually the customer that gives that information out.

    i tink bsag fully verified pa na di jud ghapn dapat i.disclose ang complete ssn........ang pwede kay ang last 2 digits ra jud....sensitive man gud kaau na sila ana na info....and yes terminable offense jud na....

    unxa na account imo fwen?

    wow... are you from comcast? this IS a terminable offense...well at least when i was there...
    if it's still the same, that means, the admin hearing is JUST FOR FORMALITY of the BULLCRAP "due process" and makes you hope that you'll still be employed...

    hehhe oo sakto murag Comcast ni sa CVG.... terminable gyud ang manghatag og last 4 sa ssn kay pabayaron sila sa client og 20k US dollar kuno mao istrikto kaayo sila ana.

    kasagara ang ending iparesign ka or you'll get terminated...

    ai what i mean is the account number pala.....chase man ako account and we are not allowed to disclose any digits of the ssn....grabeh jud ka strikto.....

    yah dapat ang ssn kay mag gkan sa customer and not from the agent....you will just verify....

    mao ba...wla ba tay legal fallback ani? kanang atong ma-rebutt sa ila...regular employee na man sab gud ni sya.
