I really NEED SOme SErious ADVICE mga istoryans..
This is what happened.
A week ago, I got a friend of mine who was put into preventive suspension from her job. She said that the reason was she allegedly disclosed a sensitive information, for i.e. social security number, to her customer. Then it was QAed, and they said that it is a terminable offense. Now, she just recieved a letter from the HR department of a schedule for an administrative hearing.
According to her knowledge as discussed by her trainer/tl, the account is already verified so revealing the ssn is already ok, but they are now saying the opposite.
