    Default Are we that worst?

As I have been scanning all the topics here, I keep on asking myself, how worst the country is due to corruption.

Almost all threads here seems to discuss the degree of corruption the Philippines is suffering...

I have a 6 month old son, and as I have been reading all your articles, it made me ask myself "unsa kahay future sa akong anak, kon ingon ani atong pang gobyerno".....

I have two sisters, one a canadian citizen (biologist), the other a british citizen (nurse/surgical assistant), and the two of them wanted our entire family to migrate to their place because there is nothing left for us to stay here...

And I made a proud choice to stay, and every reason I have is "there is no place like home"...

But now, I am reassessing everything, because somewhat my sisters are correct...

    Default if you must leave

ayaw padala sa tama bai nga pareha anang mga nagcge ug lalis diri nga section.

magcge ug lalis unya onion skinned ug emotional kaayo then dili makamao mo respetar ug opinion sa ubang mga tawo. mamersonal moatake. nagsalig sa anonymity.

now back to your topic, working and living abroad is definitely better. it's all relative though. a friend of mine who has work abroad and is now back working here is happy. he'd be the first one to tell you not to go abroad unless you really can't find a job here. another friend went to canada just last year. his nurse wife has been there working there for sometime and so the decision to migrate was trivial because now his whole family is together again. definitely better for him, his wife and the whole family.

but if you must go abroad bring your family with you or plan to bring them the soonest possible time. you're lucky though your son is still 6 months old. he won't miss you yet but you'll miss out on a lot if you won't be able to bring him with you right away.

and if you do get to live successfully abroad please don't become a snob. don't be like those intellectual pricks over at antipinoy . org sitting in their high horse throwing insults at the rest of us and about this country.

Honestly grabe jud ka corrupt atong country...

An Indonesian taxi driver here in Singapore told me "The Philippines is rich in culture and natural resources. Sadly, because of corruption it was left behind"

If you're thinking sa future sa imong family bro.. I suggest migrate nlang.

Dili an country ang corrupt mga tawo nga nagdala ang korakot, Plus dunagan sa katawhan nga mas daghan ang way pakialam sa dagan sa nasud, kadaghanan way desiplina, ang kaugalingun ray giapas.

Ug buot huna hunaon natu, Complex kaayu ning problema sa atu nasud, pero sa tinuod di pa kaayu worse, naa man tah mga safety nets para ma balance ug di kaayu matumba ang nasud, pero if way giahpon improvement sa mag dumala sa atu nasud, nya if way asenso ang pang huna huna sa katawhan - kuyaw kuyaw nah sa sunod atu mga anak ug di mu abroad way ma ani diring nasura...
