P5PE-VM with Corsair CMX1024-3200C2

Ako board is Asus P5PE-VM.. naka acquire ko ug 2 x 1gig Corsair CMX1024-3200C2(XMS3200 1024MB 400MHz CL2). Ig start nako sa pc, di man maka dayon ug sud sa OS.. mo reboot ra cge.. Unsa probs ani, incompatibility? Pa lecture nya ko mga master.. hehe

First, gi dungan nako ang duha ug butang.. mo beep sya pero walay display.. then ma ilhan nga mo reboot na sad kay mo beep utro.. gi usa2x nako ug butang, mo display pero igo lng maka load ang OS, reboot na sad.. gi paresan pud nako ug lain nga mem, mao lng man gihapon.. dili maka dayon ug sud sa OS..

Can't find anything on the net saying nga dili compatible ang mem sa kana nga board.. max mem sa board kay 2gig man..

mao ni imo board brad. Make sure you are in between those limits... memory and video card spec.

if hardware nmo ok: then it must be software.

Try to boot on your installer CD. If can boot. Then it must be your harddrive.

Since na isolate na ang problema. It can be caused by some of these (my understanding only).

1. Defective Hard Drive.
2. Virus
3. OS Driver Problem

Yup, dili man defective.. it is detected at post display.. Pwede ba ma tanggal ang kanang heat spreader?
