People, do anyone of you use this motherboard? I'm considering an upgrade to a C2Duo platform (E6300), and I am looking for an AGP+DDR mobo which has an Intel chipset, and this mobo looks good. I have a 6600 GT and 3 sticks of Kingston DDR400 RAM, and don't want to throw them away (of course) just yet.

Some NewEgg customers have complained that this mobo's onboard NIC fails all of a sudden after a few months. I'd just like to get the local input before going out and getting my core 2 duo fix.

Ingnana ako mobo, its very stable, does not crash even if other harware fails. Very easy Bios navigation and fast boot (I guess its because its core2). Only has 2 pc400 slots though and 3pci's, and I dont like the ASUS splash screen on startup that much.
