you need to tell us what is your main purpose in using it,,is it for light gaming? office/surfing?
if cpu ra wla labot LCD,kaya ra kaayo na...AMD platform lang ....very versatile for tight budget....

3k processor - this would be at least a dual core
2k motherboard - this should at least have nvidia or ati built-in grafix
1.5k hardisk - 80gig to 160gig ra tingali ni
1.5k ram - mga 1gig ra ni
1k casing w/psu - these would all be generic

kana o, 9k ra tanan. naa kay sobra 1k, tiguma na and then dugangi, and then palit ug maayo nga video card para gaming.

sakto si whoopz pero i think if tight jud imo budget nya maka run sa kana na game in minimum system requirements you should consider the onboard sa mga 780chipset sa AMD kay ok2x sad ang ilang onboard na hd3200 mao lang na ang i butang sa kang whoopz na motherboard selection pero mahal2x gamay.
