Networking with 2 ISPs

Nahan ta ko nga akong 2 PCs tagsa ug ISP, but networked sila.
So different ilang IP but I want to browse my other PC for convenience.
I have a Dlink LB 604. Kaya ni sa akong router or Ill need a different type of router?
Or pde raba naa koy ikabit nga cable aron maka browse ko sa pikas PC?

naka experiment ko sa una but gamit ko 2 broadband routers , 1 switch and 4 pc's. adto ra sa gw daugon kun asa uplink sa mga PC's
